yeah commander...I think it will! yesterday for example, I did 25 total power clean reps..usually done in 5x5 fashion, well lately, 5 sets is too much for me, so I was able to still get 25 reps, but my sets looked like 5, 7, 7, 6...to me it is easier to grind a few reps per set, rather than a whole set!
today was supposed to be a run day...but I am on vacation, and we are going to the Great Wolf Lodge for the night..hopefully a day of playing will make up for it!!!, if not, I will have to do double duty on Saturday! (as much as I hate running, I also hate missing scheduled days!, call me OCD, or very routine oriented!)

3ish mile jog (home from staycation early)
35 pushups x 2 sets 25 situps x 2 sets 8 pullups x 2 sets one set before run, one after..not a bad pace either

3/5/1 cycle 5, week 2 (5) Deadlift: 385x5 410x5 435?x5 (unsure about exact weight..I forgot!) Good Morning: 215x10, 5 sets SS Hanging Leg Raise: BWx12, 5 sets -palm of my hand hurt for some odd reason...used straps today..BOOOO!!!, o well, I wont next week, and still pick up 500+

went to bed feeling like crap, used the "hydrogen peroxide protocol" Commander talked about in his journal </shameless plug for Commander> woke up today feeling 100x better, so I ran intervals
4x400s @ about 1:20 each (no watch)

cycle 5, week 3 (5) Push Press: 140x5 160x3 180x5 Pullups: 15x8 20x6 25x4 2, rounds Dips: 45x75 Reps (almost time to pump up the weight..killed first couple sets..then dropped off, maybe after next week) -thinking about making this an extended cycle..my gym will be closed for some minor renovations first week of April, so I will utilize that week as my deload instead.
