I am currently going on week 4 of incorporating this type of approach on my hyper days and I really enjoy it, wondering if others have played around with it much or how they approach it.

I've used it with cardio and leg extensions; extremely painful, but nothing comes easy.

I run into a high pain level as well while doing leg ext but the pain level with bicep curls is excruciating. I asked Jeremy Loenneke and I need to reassess how tight I am going with the wraps.

I haven't attempted upper body yet, but I wouldn't think smaller muscle groups would be more painful than the thighs. I'll have to attempt upper body soon and let you know how it goes.

I was going too tight and wasn't doing the approach that Jeremy provided but rather applying it to my hyper chest and arm day via PHAT routine. I KNOW I was going too tight because it felt like blood vessels were about to pop in my forearms, I usually worked through it but my arms were purple after each set and I would unwrap so now I am going to wrap a little more loosely and focus on moderate restriction vs. almost completely restricting.

I tried it once on bicep curls, positively dreadful.
Squats as well twice, ROM becomes very restricted. I've found it works best on occluded walks and leg extensions or leg curls.

going to give a whirl at a BBing competition, there is one in mid may that I was thinking about competing in back in November but once the new semester started I wouldn't be able to handle all the pressures and trying to do my best in both school and contest prep.
