I'm kicking whey, and for the moment have hemp protein that I'm using in my shakes post workout, but I ordered this while my login info was screwy and I couldn't ask for your guys opinions on it. If you weren't able to go for whey/steak/egg proteins (aka animal based) what protein powder would you go for, for best quality and absorption time?

If you are going for non animal based protein, I would suggest Soy or a nut based protein. They have the highest biological value concentration of aminos of all plant based proteins and they are similar to whey and other animal proteins in structure. As far as hemp protein, I do not know a whole lot about it as a significant protein source but for non animal protein sources Soy or nut based proteins such as almonds are the way to go.
