Are people still using the maltodextrin and dextrose 50/50 mix with their post workout shakes? I haven't been using it as it cause a lot of bloating. What else do people use?

Yes, still using this. Can't drink all at once though. I split them up in two. Drink the first half immediately after your workout, the other half 30 minutes later. Works perfect for me.

My bakery wholesaler stopped carrying maltodextrin, so currently my shake is just dextrose. No bloating issues though.

I've been doing chocolate milk powder, with my protein powder. The premade kind in the store is full of corn syrup and other crap.
I thought I heard of people mixing other stuff, but I wasn't sure.
