cycle 4, week 1 (3) Military: 145x3 155x3 165x7 chins: 30x8 35x6 pullups: 15x8 20x6 Dips: 40x15, 5 sets Squat: 335x3 360x3 380x3 410x1, 2 sets 230x10, 5 sets situps: 60x15, 5 sets extra squat sets for assistance were difficult, didnt expect that!

5 sets of 10 on squat with a decent weight will ALWAYS be difficult IMO. I bet the lungs were huffin' and puffin'.

LOL, Commander, I know I am usually an advocate of lower volume, but since starting to follow the WM, I have opened up to a little more volume/frequency, especially in regards to squatting; I think my body responds better to it actually

No doubt, I love high frequency deads and squats. Particularly the squat, the high frequency just gives you added confidence which I feel is essential for that lift. And the added benefit, it you are doing it correctly, you get to reinforce good technique.

I agree with your last statement. I am not sure how much stronger I got, but the added confidence and reps for technique are worth it

3/5/1 cycle 4,week 1(3) bench: 215x3 230x3 240x8 260x1, 2 sets (very strong reps, paused 3 sec.) Inc Bench: 185x10, 5 sets DB Row: 110x10, 5 sets today: 20 minute jog w/ my dog...goal was to reduce some leg doms
