4 tomatoes cut up and boiled down then mashed up
Cooked extra lean ground turkey w/ garlic and onion cut up, add to mashed tomatoes Add 1 can black beans and 1 can kidney beans Cut up peppers, celery, mushrooms, add in. Put in lots of chili powder, cayenne pepper (depending how spicy you want it) Dash of Tabasco sauce Fresh basil and oregano Dash of garlic powder Cook until veggies are tender. My wife then added a dollop of fat free sour cream to make it creamy, I left it out, being that I am on a cut. Server over brown rice. Sorry no pics. |

you ever made a white bean turkey chili? its awesome
use white beans, cannelloni beans, lean ground turkey, green bell peppers, jalapeno, and chicken stock. top with lf/ff cheese and lf/ff sour cream! serve it in a bowl lined with a whole wheat tortilla |

more onions won't kill your chili. But I still wonder how chili can be healthy. Also don't ever hold back on the spices.
