Tuesday evening
Various isometric holds and pushups Wednesday - 100 days Bench 250x3, 3 sets 250x4 220x6 170x10 Bicep tendon hurting, I feel it is from the holds. It really effected my bench. Normally I hit my heaviest weight for 7 sets and on the 8th I rep out. Not happening today. OH Press 110x5, 10 sets Floor Press 110x15, 2 sets Active Rest: L-hold Stiff Arm hold Band Curl and hold

Well, I took some pictures so I could measure progress along the way.
All I have to say is once you post pictures of your self contest lean, everything else just looks fat. Honestly, I feel like I gained no muscle at all looking at these pictures. I was careful and gained it slow, but all I see is maybe a teeny bit of increased arm size and leg size. And fat. 1 good thing - the beard! Wednesday Evening
OH Press, Suspended Tricep Extension, Stiff Arm Lat Hold Thursday Morning Had to pull a morning workout because my supervisor is treating me to lunch today. It sucked, lol, haven't done an AM workout in awhile. And I remembered why even when I DID workout in the morning, I did upper body. It sucks waking up and squatting, ha, ha! Squat 225x5, 12 sets OH Press 100x8, 7 sets

you managed to stay fairly lean on that bulk..can still see the "tear drop"...also, the outer sweep on your quads is pretty good...once you cut down, I am sure you will see some separation from the rear positions.

I think I am going to focus more on upperbody for the remainder of contest prep. Still doing legs daily, but decreasing volume for legs and increasing volume for upper body. Thoughts on that? I feel like bodybuilding aesthetics-wise, I will get more bang for my buck with a more impressive upperbody. I think my legs will already look decent once they are lean.

Friday - 98 days
Bench 195x5, 3 sets w/ Stiff Arm Hold Deadlift 311x5, 4 sets w/ Lat Stretch OH Press 115x5, 5 sets w/ Band Bicep Curl Hold Maltese Cross Practice, 4 holds Back Lever Practice, 3 holds I must be careful with the maltese cross hold, my bicep tendon on the elbow is aching a bit.

I agree with your upper body focus. Your legs are nicely defined for where you are...as you lean out, the will get better also.
