Default Ultimate Warrior Workout Challenge

Watched this video recently:

The Challenge Specifics:

As many push-ups as you can do in one minute.
Rest 15 seconds.

As many chin-ups as you can do in one minute.
Rest 15 seconds.

As many modified sit-ups as you can do in one minute.
Rest 15 seconds.

As many dips as you can do in one minute.

Post your total

I think I may try this while I am on vacation, as long as I can find a place for the dips and chins. It would be a sweet 4 minute workout.

56 push ups
15 chins
25 situps
21 dips

117 total

Definitely will improve on the situps and dips. The order of exercises is killer, you really use lats on pushup and abs on chins which effects the next exercise.

Tried this workout and your right it's a killer.

35 push ups
12 chins
22 sit ups
16 dips

Goin to use your totals as a bench mark to aim for, Commander. Great mini workout if you can't get to the gym for a while.

42 chin ups
50 sit ups
43 dips
The only thing missing is trying to run a quarter mile in 60 secs.lol Sounds like a good modified PT test..
