prowler sprints x 10, 90lbs added on. did a sprint on the top of each minute. now if i sleep in saturday, it wont bother me

ran late today, had to cut a few sets out of assistance, o well. squatting felt strong.

The one thing I can stand about the "fall/winter" seasons, are brisk mornings like today...nice easy jog at 630 am w/ my dog..not bad, actually felt good.

Good workout. I was spoiled last time I pulled heavy and the gym I used had a Texas power bar, the regular stiff bar my gym has seems way heavier to pull with. Either way, my singles felt good
