I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk in place of regular milk. Creates that thicker, yummy goodness minus the lactose and cals.
Jesus leads the whey in my life, how about yours?

2 thumbs up for unsweet vanilla almond milk! add a splash of vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a packet of splenda and you're in heaven!
