Took Thanksgiving off, slept in to catch up on sleep from a midnight shift worked Tuesday-Wednesday, (awake from Tuesday at 6:30 until Wednesday at midnight), then played with my kids because they were off school.

gotta love taking days off (not too many thought!), I didnt workout Thanksgiving or Today...feels good! Deload ends Tomorrow though ,with HIIT and lifting sunday. 10 days to slam the food in Commander!! get big buddy

Saw the Beach Boys in concert (yes, they are still living, lol!) on Thursday evening.
It was a ton of fun. My parents were planning on going but couldn't so they gave my wife and I the tickets. Woke up sick on Friday. My cold wasn't terrible so I could have worked out, but chose not to. I had originally planned to deload this week before starting my cut, but I never deloaded, so I thought I would take a few days off instead before starting my cut. And what better time to take off then when you get a cold. My energy can go to fighting off the cold and hopefully I can kick some butt on Monday when the first stage of my cut starts.
