wow, I'll have to give that a shot. That sounds like an awesome way to spend an afternoon with a few friends - making fools of ourselves attempting to make our own pasta from scratch!

I've never made my own pasta. How much does that make (quantity wise)?
and about how long does the process take? Definitely something I can see myself doing

Making pasta is great. 200grams of flour would feed three folks if you used that sauce and mince recipe but I prefer it with just butter and that only does me for 2 meals. Its so good when you drop your fresh pasta into the hot water and I always expect it to turn into porridge, but no, fresh pasta every time. Its so easy. I use the food processor to mix the dough. and I have a $50 pasta roller gadget that works wonderfully well with patience. The whole process including the 1/2 hour standing time takes 1 hour.

Sorry, I did not notice the question about the shake. I usually mixed it with one of the Syntrax Nectar shakes. It does cause the shake to separate a bit, but mixed with Green Apple I barely even noticed the vinegar.

Do you take any type of Apple cider vinegar like you would find in a grocery store...or is there a type you would find elsewhere (maybe health food store)?

I really can take it directly, I believe you will find in a couple of weeks that the flavour develops on you.
