This is what I had for my post workout shake today.
10 ounces of tropicana orange juice 2 ounces of cold bottled water 1.5 scoops of probolic-sr vanilla flavor 1 scoop of volu-gro orange flavor I put it in a shaker and downed it. It tasted pretty good, kinda like a orange creamsicle flavor. I usually use just water, but the orange juice made it even better. Try this out and tell me what you guys think about it.
