100 days.
Day off, however today I will get some sprints in via flag football game after work Football cancelled. Did: 10x100 ish yard sprints. uphill, 20 sec each 15 total mins Thinking about to making my off day Saturday. Mornigs I don't workot I tend to be lethargic at work. Still unsure. Will co.tiniest working out as I see fit, today I was pumped up

3/5/1 (1's) Bench 185x5 210x3 235x4 275x1, 2 sets Inc Bench: 170x10, 5 sets DB Row: 95sx10, 5 sets feeling strong. my gym is closed Friday..so I may end up Deadlifting Tomorrow instead. I did obtain the door combo today, but am unsure if I am "right" even though I got the ok to use the facility. I think I will keep using the combo for emergencies when a closure is unforseen...the exception, not the rule.
