This was by far the most difficult one thus far, I felt like I had hit a wall on the last couple sets of rack deads, and had to look to God to finish the lunges, I've never wobbled out of the gym like I did yesterday.

I love training, some exercises on the other hand I wasn't in love with until I started this program. I'm ashamed to say I'm having an affair with squats, and I think I'm falling for her.

Sheiko 29 is over I'll be maxing out this Friday, and hopefully I have some strength gains. I was able to put 3/4" on my thighs in the last month, thank you God. Right now I want to do more power lifting so I will probably go towards Sheiko 37 in the near future, and possibly Smolov sometime next year.
