sucks that you were missing reps...I wouldnt sweat it though, especially with Mikes programs. I miss reps and even cut out complete sets more often than not. You are getting stronger, so you are doing more work..its not easy! Dont worry about it man..just keep doing your thing.

Yea my sleep and eating has been the same. I think the program is just getting to me. Week 1 felt really hard, then week 2, 3, and 4 went easy and now week 5 is back to feeling really hard.

9/12/11 - Hypertrophy

Squat:
295x8x3 sets

Bench:
200x7
190x7
180x8

Squat went great, bench sucked again like last week. Oh well, that was the last hypertrophy session of the program, so happy. Power on Wednesday!

Maxed out yesterday. Squats went very well, got a 20 lbs PR. But felt like an off day for bench and deadlift. Missing an attempt and then coming back and hitting it didn't help either. I was so drained this morning. I'll still take my 20 lbs squat pr, 15 lbs total pr, and 6 point jump in my wilks. Here is the 375 squat attempt:
