Forgot to write it and I don't remember the numbers but basically 4 singles at like 300 squat and 210 bench.



8/26/11 - Strength Squat, Bench. & Deadlift

Squat:
320x3,4,5

Bench:
220x3,3,4

Deadlift:
390x3x3

Last week I hit 290 for 4 sets of 8 and 195 for 4 sets of 8. So this week was supposed to be 295 for 3 sets of 8 and 200 for 3 sets of 8.
