Tuesday Evening Tire Dragging - Press, Row, Forward and Backward Wednesday Evening Tire Dragging - Row, Forward and Backward OH Press - 120x8, 5 sets ----- Thursday 163 days to get massive Morning Dog Walk - no occlusion, tire drags last two nights, gave legs a break for the deadlifts that were soon to come Lunch Deadlift 356, 366, 376, 386, 396, 406, 416, 431x3 371x6, 2 sets Yes! Very pleased with the 431x3. Now I think it is time to change it up. I am maxed out for now, that set was tough. Maybe I will do sets of 2 and try to get used to a slightly heavier weight before shifting back to 3 reps. (I'm thinking 8 sets of 2, and 4 back off sets of 5 to keep volume about the same as my current 8 sets of 3 and 2 sets of 6) Shrug 271x20, 2 sets On shrugs, held last 5 reps of each set for a squeeze Leg Extension 130x10, 4 sets

These are getting tough, forearms becoming an issue. 1 Arm Pullover 27X10, 3 sets of 10 and Band Stiff Arm Lat Pulldown superset with Pullups BW+12.5 x 5, 5 sets T-Bar 177.5x10, 5 sets DB Row 70x10, 4 sets superset with Suspended Pushups BWx10, 3 sets Lunch Flat Bench Press 190x10, 5 sets superset with Crunches, BWx20 DB Press 70x10, 4 sets Suspended Pushup BWx10, 3 sets OH Press 83.5x12, 3 sets Pulldown 117.5x20, 15, 15 ------ Diet Update Bodyweight average last week: 189.8 Bodyweight average this week: 190.0

156 days to keep getting bigger
Thursday Morning Walked my dog, glutes still trashed from Tuesday's tire sprints and walking lunges, thus I skipped occlusion, figured I would save the intensity for my workout. Lunch Attempted squats for the first time in 2 months. Moved my stance in for 2 reasons, 1) I think the wider stance contributed to my hip pain and 2) I want to be more like Workout Machine because he squats the equivalent of small houses. Squat Barx10 40x10 70, 90, 120, 140x5 170x5, 2 sets Hip started to hurt slightly on 170, thought it would be smart to be conservative and not push it. I am just happy to attempt squatting again. Deadlift 356x5, 8 sets Leg Extension 130x10, 3 sets Leg Extension drop set 130x10, 100x6, 75x6, 50x8
