Commander, I don't know...maybe in the morning, my body just needs nutrients..and in the afternoon like yesterday, after a whole day of not really eating sugar, my body "cleaned" it out faster?

chins for assistance

-spent all day yesterday walking around Hershey Park with the family. Literally woke up today, slammed half protien shake, went to gym...drank rest of it there. Could not wake up. got all sets done, could have been a better day had I been a little more rested.

Just a quick update...
Today was my last day doing cardio on Monday...new days will be thursday and sunday mornings...its starting to get nicer out, so after work will be family time outside.

Front Squat:
255x1

-Need to figure out the "hold" on F. Squats, otherwise a solid workout. cut a few sets of squats short to 3 reps..no harm done
