Barbell bench w/ weight releasers - 255,185x3; 295, 225x3; 315, 245 x 3; 325, 255 x 3; 275 x 1 (no WR), 285 x 1 (no WR), 295 x 1 (no WR) slow but got it

Db floor presses (4-6)- 100 x 6, 100 x 6, 100 x 6
Rope cable extensions w light mini bands (8-10)- 40 + bands x 10, 30 + bands x 10, 20 + bands x 10, bands only x 12
Db Upright Rows (12-15)-45 x 12, 45 x 15, 45 x 15
Rack pull-ups (4-6)- bw + 100 x 6, 100 x 6, 100 x 6
Face pulls + light mini band (12-15)- 40 x 15, 40 x 15, 30 x 15
Cable curls + light mini band (8-12)- 20 x15, 30 x 12, 30 x 12, 10 x 15
Squat form practice- bar x 10, 5 sets

Reverse Band Dead video looks awesome. I need to get some bands those look like fun. Keep pounding the heavy weights!

Belt squats + mini bands (4-6)- 180 x 10, 200 x 7, 100 + avg band x 10
Seated ssb good mornings (8-12)- 100 + double wrapped mini x 12, 100 + monster mini x 10, 120 + monster mini x 10
Hyperext. Bw x 23, bw x 20
Standing cable crunches (6-8)- 110 x 10, 120 x 8, 50 + mini bands (2) x 15

Spent the weekend in Cape Cod to chill w/ the Nortons and watch Layne do his thang on the pro stage. Was a great weekend, just didn't have the desired outcome for Dr. Norton. He got 4th in a very tough lineup though I felt he should have been #2. Tommy Jeffers won the class and the overall. He had excellent conditioning.


Lifted out at the hotel but didn't record any of my workouts due to time constraints. Hence the gap in my workout log.


Everything is going excellent and my squat and deadlift feel great! Bench is hard to tell at this point because the weight releasers are heavy as hell on the eccentric and by the time I get to my heavy sets I am pretty shot. We'll see when I switch exercises next week where I'm at. Planning to start Sheiko cms prep in about 2 weeks to prep for my next meet in KOP in december. My goals for this meet are:
Bench- 310-320

Squat- >500

Deadlift- >600


I am feeling very capable of surpassing these goals

The Dr Max Powers Testosterone Booster has more kick than the other 20 products I tried. I was initially taking it to help me bulk up because I was trying to improve my strength and appearance. There are two other benefits that I have noticed. I am a bit shy by nature but always push myself forward when I have to but I noticed that the boost from this has made me more forceful and feel less intimidated when I am in situations where i have to stand up for myself, and in regular social interactions. Also, I combine this with a male enhancement product that i use and get exceptional results. I will spare you the specifics.
