im still in...tracking your progress! I have recently started to follow the BCAA protocol from Layne's article on the site, and it is alright so far. basically boils down to eating more food, less frequent w/ bcaa and carbs in between. i am saving money on protien, as I have eliminated my mid afternoon shake and am able to eat just 3-4 whole meals a day..depending

Yeah i was going to try that but it looked a tad tricky (i always overcomplicate things) so i opted for the scivation diet as it seems straightforward and i know people who have gotten great results from it.

Legs
  • Squats
  • Standing BB calf raises
  • Romanian dead lifts
  • Seated BB calf raises

Diet


Meal 1
2 scoops of whey and half a grapefruit. 2 whole eggs, yellow pepper, red onion and mushrooms.

Meal 2
Whole wheat pasta, grilled skinless chicken breast, roast courgettes, red onion and tomato.

Meal 3

Roasted rolled pork belly with shallot stuffing, salad with no dressing and roast courgette.

Meal 4
Grilled chicken breast with corn on the cob

Meal 5
Probably some whey and natty pb

No idea of cals today i will get this down tomorrow.

Diet *Off day*

Meal 1
Two slices of wholemeal bread, natty pb, two scoops of whey

Meal 2

Grilled skinless chicken breast, salad with no dressing, roasted courgette, corn on the cob. Half a grapefruit with some buleberries.
