I've tried loading with creatine monohydrate and just sticking with 5g post workout from the start. Haven't noticed a difference in either method. Then again, I haven't noticed a difference at all compared to not taking creatine. I don't know if its the GNC brand or if it doesn't effect me or what, but I just can't tell a difference.

Is Nitric Oxide a better supplement than Creatine? Also, I am taking dextrose and creatine together before and after my workouts, and I am wanting to know if there is a better supplement instead of this combo? Thanks!

Kind of on a different topic, but I figured I could just add here instead of making a new thread...

If I throw 5g creatine into my Whey/Malto post-workout shakes will that do well to get it up-taken into my system because of the malto insulin surge? Or do I still need some other way to get it in?

Thanks
