Well Bruce doesn't post on here, but I'm sure everyone would be amazed to hear I squatted with the great Bruce Lee! And we are still on for bench tonight. The only thing Busacca did was get me in trouble. The gym got our names down because I was counting her squat reps out loud for her and helping her change the weight to the bar, which is considered "personal training". So apparently if they catch me being a good workout partner again, they are going to ban me from the gym. They are just ridiculous sometimes.

Squat (Wt x Sets x Reps): 210x8x4 Deadlift: 315x3x1 I am finally caught up since I started last week on Tuesday instead of Monday. Tomorrow I get a much needed rest day!

You lift at FAMU? How'd the workout feel? I'm exactly a week behind you and I can say that today's workout was awesome. First 5 sets felt hard but I nailed the last three. I was drained for deadlift but it still felt good. Looking forward to squatting with you on Friday.
