*took it super easy today. I was told not to squat for a little bit to help speed up my wounds healing. So next week I am taking off and I took it easy today.

Last video it looked like the chains were completely off the ground at the top, I made me think, if they are, that probably makes the squat even harder because you would have an element of stabilization that isn't part of a squat with just plates.

Basically, I am saying you are strong.

LOL. Thanks. I do chains differently then the westside guys say to. Mostly because I do not have enough chains to do it that way. It makes for an interesting way to overload.
