Thanks big bear! Oh yea, I forgot to mention that the whole time they were calling me Alan or Aaron for all my attempts. I guess it's too hard to say Arian, lol. Also when they were giving the medals they gave me the gold and then realized it was wrong and took it back and gave me the bronze. I was sure I didn't get gold because the 2 guys that beat me were big and strong, but it was still annoying to get my hopes up like that lol.

Finally, I have the videos of my lifts in my possession and time to upload them. I haven't had time to put them all into 1 video so they are all separate for now.

Squat Attempt 2

Squat Attempt 3 PR

Deadlift Attempt 2
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tF93SDujwTs

Deadlift Attempt 3 PR
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXSK-4z2l64

PR Total of 853

Took some much needed rest from lifting till today. Squatted 175 for 20 today, it was intense. Now Mike and I have to work on a new program to get me even stronger. I have no doubt he will come up with an amazing program to get me to my goals. Like I said before, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have obtained the PRs last week. Not only from him pumping me up before each attempt, but helping me with proper attempt selections, and keeping me on the right path during my training. If there were more people like Mike in the world, the world would be a much better place. New program will start in a week or so, so I'll keep you guys updated.

Oh yea. Anything you see wrong with my set up or form in any of my lifts, please let me know. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated. I already see a couple things wrong with all 3 lifts that I plan to fix but it's hard to notice everything, especially with the particular camera angle and the spotters in the way.

I put all my lifts into one easy video finally. So you can use this link to watch everything at once instead. Enjoy.

Yea, for some reason that camera got fuzzy once we got to the bench. So we switched to my camera from the deadlifts on. Thanks, it was just some simple movie maker program on my HP laptop.
