Did my Dls beltless again on the top set. I thought I would get 6-7 but my back felt uncomfortable so I stopped it at the minimum of 5. Farmers picks went well.

I figure doing 8 sets each of squats and DLs should improve technique.

I developed two infections and I had to get cut open on my *** cheek today and drained holy moly did that hurt. After loading up on motrin I went at this 2 hours later. Hopefully, the antibiotics don't slow me down. I think the speed Dls I did actually helped today cuz I felt explosive and had way more in me. I am finally starting to heal my wounds thanks to a better diet, stronger vitamins, and wheatgrass which tastes awful but is great for health.
