DUP Peaking week 2, day 3 Squat: 365x5x3 deadlift: 380x3x3 -good reps, a few sets on squats felt a little heavy, still got it done.

31 days until the meet
-Today my wife is admitted to the hospital...we are being blessed with our 3rd son!!, so needless to say, even if it was not a day off...it would have turned into one! If the baby makes it out today, I will resume my training tomorrow afternoon. we are blessed enough to have family able to make it into town to help with our other kids, so I will be able to sneak off for some squats...lol.

To all who read...Should I be pausing all reps for bench? when should I begin pausing...at 8,6,4,2...reps??? Lately I have been pausing the first one, but the weight is too heavy to continually pause for the entire set...thanks
