It was a PR because of the chains. I never did a heavy single with chains before. I am good for 565 straight weight. Hoepfully more soon. The chains are just a part of my master plan.

If all goes well on squat and bench days this might be one of my best 5/3/1 cycles yet. I summoned my inner aggression on the log today. My wound has gone from 1 site to 3 sites over the last few weeks which blows. The original site seems to be healing better but the other 2 hurt like hell. I thank God for Ibuprofen.
