DUP Volume week 1
Squat: 320x4x8 Deadlift: 275x3x6 Spent an hour squatting, so I had to cut it a set short...was getting low on time. O well, this whooped my buTt anyway. I am getting a feeling ill have to start getting into Army shape as well, planned a slow jog today, but its very cold and I was out late...came home to eat dinner and watch a movie with the kids...ill do intervals tomorrow

Don't worry about cutting out that one set...it won't matter, there will be more than enough volume over the next few weeks. Also, I see your deadlift weight was really light. I used my ACTUAL deadlift max to calculate percentages, which is why the precentages are so light.

latest reason why I need my own gym....it snows hard, and mine closes for the day. anyways, my plan is to flip flop my day off to today. I will squat/deadlift tomorrow, bench friday, squat again saturday and I will be back on schedule.

Squat: 330x8x5 Deadlift: 315x3x4 Bb row for assistance Decided to bump my deadlift max up and take my squat max down a bit...I want to focus on strong reps in perfect form

DUP Week 1, Day 5
squat: 330x12x3 deadlift: 365x5x2 Chins for assistance Who is SMOLOV???? Workoutmchne is here!! haha, this workout was BRUTAL! good thing I was the only one in the PL area of the gym, had to talk trash to myself to finish..the weights werent as brutal as the shear volume...like I said I took my squat down a bit, my focus is picture perfect form..strenght will follow looking forward to watching the PACK attack the falcons tonight, day off tomorrow
