Bench- 50x15 100x5 140x5 170x3 210x3 240x3 260x3 280x3 290x3 DB rows- 130x6 145x6 160x6 (straps) Oh bb ext- 120x8 135x8 150x8 Alt db curls- 50x6 60x6 65x6 Handle pushups/Seated lat band pd- bw x 15/g x 15 1 chain x 15/g x 16 2 chain x 15/g x 16 *Moved my bench grip out a few inches and it seemed to help a little. 290x3 would have been something to be happy about like 3 years ago. But, I am playing it smart and slowly adding weight each week. I learned that triples work well for most lifts.

Yeah he did db preacher curls and flyes what is next tanning and concentration curls? LOL. I decided to do bodypart training after my main lifts to enhance recovery and add a little muscle.
