Farmers walks (30 sec rest)-

Standing ab-

*First workout in the shed gym. Barbell was cold and so was shed lol. Space heater did not help but thermals did. I got about 2 inch of ply wood laid down then another inch when I deadlift. It is a little lobsided cuz the ground is not perfectly flat and the barball rolls but I have added a little wood to make it a bit better and small plates to prevent the bar from rolling.

*Good energy and good lifting. I met all my goals and my Deadlift technique is improving which is allowing me to complete reps easier. Lifting in the shed is like solitary confinement with weights.

*Met all my goals for today so I happy with this. My shoulder is feeling much better from not benching heavy and sticking with inclines. Too bad not good enough to compete in a week in a half like I wanted to. At least for my next comp I be much stronger.
