Yeah it is the most hardcore gym in town lol.
11/26/10 Squat 5s Axle Clean- 90x5 110x5 135x5 155x5 175x5 Squat- 140x5 190x5 240x3 285x3 325x1 370x5 (belt + wraps) SSQ squat- 155x8 160x8 165x8 170x8 175x8 GhR- bw x 5 x 8 Farmers walks (30 sec rest)- 165 (330) x 4 x 60ft Standing ab- g x 5 x 11 *First workout in the shed gym. Barbell was cold and so was shed lol. Space heater did not help but thermals did. I got about 2 inch of ply wood laid down then another inch when I deadlift. It is a little lobsided cuz the ground is not perfectly flat and the barball rolls but I have added a little wood to make it a bit better and small plates to prevent the bar from rolling.

It is amazing how cold the shed is when I walk in and how hot it is by the time I am done lol.

Seated box jump- 3x2 DL- 140x6 250x4 300x3 350x2 400x1 450x5 (belt) Deficit Dl- (3 inch) 250x5 270x5 290x5 Lying leg raieses- 15x10 20x10 20x10 Farmers walks- 165 (330) x 60ft, 60ft 185 (370) x 60ft, 60ft Str8 leg situps- bw x 10 25 x 10 25 x 12 BTB wrist curls- 190x10 200x10 210x10 Plate run- 45x3x120ft *Good energy and good lifting. I met all my goals and my Deadlift technique is improving which is allowing me to complete reps easier. Lifting in the shed is like solitary confinement with weights.

My shoulder is feeling much better from not benching heavy and sticking with inclines. Too bad not good enough to compete in a week in a half like I wanted to. At least for my next comp I be much stronger.
