Day 3, squat, deadlift...again!
Squats: 350x3x5 Deadlift: 340x3x4 Was in serious DOMS all day, unsure about how the workout would go...rocked it though..all sets and reps felt great. My only complaint in this gym I have to train at temporarily, while being a very nice gym (like all army gyms normally are), they do not allow chalk...so my grip was slippong slightly..o well. Day off tomorrow, thank God!

Defying gravity week #1, day#4
Squat: 370x3x3 Felt superstrong, great sets Deadlift: 360x3x2 Was fortunate enough to have a powerlifter in the gym today. Told me my squat was loolking good and strong, and that I should compete (great ego boost), also he helped me lock in proper conventional deadlift form...I am doing it right now!!!

Yes, I agree, it felt much much better than Tuesday's bench. I know it was on the program, but I did a relatively heavy single before my 5X5 volume. I only did this because I have a meet soon. I may add in a single or two like that this week as well, just for your information

If I start getting burned out, since I workout in the mornings w/ the army as well, I will stop this..but for now, i am making excellent gains, so I wont fix whats not broke!

Squat: 350x3x6 -great squat day, rocked it...weight literally felt like 315 Deadlift: 330x3x5 -great as well!

Bench: 215x4x6 Good, felt kinda heavy Edit: on second thought...this workout sucked! Felt heavier than it should have been...

Week #2, day #3
Squat: 370x3x4 Felt great. I am getting strong. Great form throughout. Also started to wrap my knees on the heavy sets, feels better. I am also iin georgia for school...I had a guy tell me today I shoud compete in a raw event in jan cuz I'd beat most people...huge ego boost!!! Deadlift: 360x3x3 Great as well, my mechanics are really coming along and this lift is feeling better, also feels like I am getting stronger. A different guy said today I made it look easy...again, cloud 9!!! Haha Edit: also, in other news...I just found out that on Nov. 1 I will be pinned and promoted to Staff Sergeant in the Army!!! I'm pumped, I've worked hard for this! All in all, so far, so good...wish I could post vids, but I have no way to at the moment

Week#2, day#4 Squat: 380x4x3 Deadlift: 380x3x1 Continually feeling stronger. One thing that sucks about being at an army school is the fact I can only get 3 solid meals in...after consulting with WM on my nutrition, we decided that bcaa and gatorade with pb and j throughout the day is my best shot at not going catabolic...I can happily report that after 2 weeks of training twice/day (army high intensity pt in morn. Lift at night) I am, maintaining my weight, may have even put on a lb or two. (Unsure exactly as 2 diff. Scales have been used)!!!
