Do protein bars and shakes actually fill you up? I'm still hungry after my post workout shake. Also, what is your job in the hospital if you don't mind me asking?

No they really don't but you do what you can do right? I'm a first assistant which is a bit hard to explain because most people don't know it exists. The easy way is to say I'm a surgon only I'm a nurse. If you have any idea what a physicians assistant is apply that to surgery and you have a good idea. I run my own OR and handle my own patients but do a case review with a surgical MD at the end of the day where he signs off on my work. I hope to get my full MD soon but have yet to apply.

Back and bi today
Alternating lat pull down and upright rows 3x10@110 each (felt like I could have done more) Behind the back trap shrug 3x10@100 (also felt a bit light) Isolation hammer curles 3x25 to failure each arm Skipped forearms today due to time issues Was bad today on diet. Ok doing really well with diet today. Went shopping so I have some food again.
Did legs today Walking lunges dumbbell 1x10@50 (warmup) 3x10@70 I found the walking lunges gave me more stability and allowed me to go deeper with more weight Squat 1x10@135 (warmup) 1x10@185 Then I got paged and had to stop but was really getting into it. Those lunges tore me up. Hours later I am still feeling them. They may be my new favorite exercise. |

Nah not really. You feel it but it's such micro movements and a lot of it is the fingers.
Today was an off day, my legs are killing me. |

Crappy chest tri day. Wasn't feeling inspire and then got paged.
Incline fly 3x10@45 (need to up weight, way too easy) Bench 1x10@135 2x10@185 (good weight without spot. Need to find a lifting partner to go harder) Cable tri pull downs 3x12@60 Will do tris again tonight as this was just warm up and didn't get to full weight set |

Opened my package yesterday and didn't feel like doing the fit test so I went right into day one of the program. It was alot harder than I expected and I wasn't able to finish the whole thing. Did 35 of the 42 mins. Will do the fit test tonight to get a base line. Also going to start going light on weights so I'm not too sore for the program.
Did some light back work today Goodmornings 1x10@135 2x10@185 Close grip cable pull downs 3x10@110 Behind back trap shrugs 3x10@100 Also altering diet a bit. Changes as follows. Meal 1 one scoop protien w/creatine one cup coffee Meal 2 one pkt oatmeal Meal 3 one scoop protein Post workout both oatmeal and protien This continues alternating between two and three every two hours for 8 meals a day for a total of 1130 cals a day while maintaining the same percents previous. My off weekend, doing some reading about G-flux and getting some weighted hiking in. 20 pound pack and 12 pound baby. I'll call it light conditioning at best since this is my daily load just on an incline.
