Hey man, I don't know if you saw the discussion we were having over in Ben's journal about USAPL Raw Nationals next year, but they are in Scranton Pennsylvania. They are not to next August, which is obviously quite a ways a away, but as of right now Ben and I plan to compete, Commander is relatively close by there, and he mentioned that you may live somewhat close to there as well. Do you have any interest in competing then? It might be cool to all get together there if possible, just a thought to keep in the back of your mind.

Bench- 70x10 140x8 190x5 220x5 250x5 280x8 Db rows- 130x6 140x6 150x6 Db bench- 90x10 95x8 95x8 Pullups- bw x 11 bw x 11 bw x 11 Rev bb curl/lying db ext/band face pull (triset) 100x10/55x13/g x 15 100x10/55x14/g x 15 100x10/55x14/g x 15 *So much for deloading lol that lasted one day, but still made a big difference. Not bad at all today. My should still bothers me, but I was able to manage 8 reps with out much difficulty at 280. My best is almost 11 but I can't be disappointed by this effort. I tried a new shoulder warmup on my upperbody days and it seems to be helping.

Looking strong man! I noticed in your last workout you did curls...is there any specific reason or advantage u can get from those as a powerlifter? I am new to the PL game as of late and just trying to get some tips!

A lot of ppl say they add stability to the bench and strength the bis to prevent tears on the deadlift. Also, because big arms are cool.

On Sandbag loads I was having trouble getting a grip on the bag today. The Db circuit was brutal my heart was racing.
