*Apparently my Deadlift sucks lately. So I can do one of two thing stay the course or make a change. I am opting to change and sq/dl on the same day.

*Much better than lately on the bench. Still hurts right shoulder to bench but I can man up through it. Rev band bench really hurt though probably should have stopped after first set of it but then I would be ashamed. I thought they could help me get used to handling heavier weight.

I can't remember if I ever saw T-Bar rows in your journal.

How do you do them? Old school bar in the corner with a V-Bar to lift it?

Gonna be out of commission for at least a week. I had surgery to remove a cyst on thursday. Thursday may pain was a 9 today it is about a 7 so it is going in the right direction.
