Best benching effort in a while even though I have done 10 at 280.

8/27/10 DE Lower
DL- sucked Seated box jumps- 10 to 25 6 x 2 DE DL- 280x8x1 Db swings- 80x8 90x8 100x8 HLR- 12 12 12 Prowler- 140x8x50ft (10 sec between) Backward sled- 140x3x100ft *Apparently my Deadlift sucks lately. So I can do one of two thing stay the course or make a change. I am opting to change and sq/dl on the same day.

Seated bb milt- 100x12 100x10 140x6 170x3 195x1 210x5 220x5 (pr) Pullups (ng) 45x5 60x5 75x5 Log viper press- 132x8 142x8 Pullups- (wg) 12 14 Oh bb ext- 130x10 140x10 (pr I think) Db front raises (alernating) 30x10 30x10 Db side laterals- 40x10 40x10 Seated face pulls (forhead) g x 15 g x 15 *Pretty productive day today. I only had 5 hours of sleep and woke up with an awful headache and felt a bit uneasy in the stomach, but still hit some PRs.

9/1/10 bench 1s Bench- 50x5 100x5 140x8 140x8 195x5 240x3 270x1 300x4 Reverse band cg bench- (greens) 320x5 340x5 360x4 T-bar rows- 225x8 250x8 275x8 Db rows- 120x10 130x10 BTB dips- 45x20 45x22 (pr) hammer bar curls- 130x10 150x10 Band pullaparts- mini x 12 mini x 12 *Much better than lately on the bench. Still hurts right shoulder to bench but I can man up through it. Rev band bench really hurt though probably should have stopped after first set of it but then I would be ashamed. I thought they could help me get used to handling heavier weight.

I can't remember if I ever saw T-Bar rows in your journal.
How do you do them? Old school bar in the corner with a V-Bar to lift it?

Gonna be out of commission for at least a week. I had surgery to remove a cyst on thursday. Thursday may pain was a 9 today it is about a 7 so it is going in the right direction.
