Lat Pullovers: 5X10 Closegrip Cable Rows: 5X10 Smith Machine Rows: 5X10 Back Ext: 3X12 Machine Crunches: 3X15 Cable Woodchoppers: 3X10 Hanging Knee Raises: 3X10 I find that my lats gas out so quickly, I need to build up some muscle endurance in them. Still missing the deadlift, I'm gonna have to get my back checked out soon, it's not getting any better.

Yesterday was an incredibly long day, got to the wrestling show around 3PM to help set up the ring, didn't go on to wrestle until 11:30PM, then breaking the ring down until 1:30AM. No injuries though so I can't complain, met Lars from Rancid as well, really nice guy. Tomorrow I'll be hitting legs again, just have to come up with creative ways to blast them without putting stress on the lower back, any suggestions?

Hack Squats: 5X10
Leg Ext: 3 drop sets Leg Curls: 3 drop sets Adductors: 3 drop sets Incline Calf raises: 3 drop sets Beating up the legs in a different manner tonight because of the lower back issues. My legs were in so much pain to the point I was having trouble walking to the next exercise. Update on my back I will be getting it checked out this week, hopefully it's nothing major I'd hate to lose anytime in the gym or miss any wrestling matches, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

I didn't get any pictures, I couldn't name a Rancid song, finally looked them up the day after the show and I remember a couple of songs. He was a really nice guy, we'll probably be working with him a lot more from the sounds of it, he and another guy are the ones running this wrestling promotion. If I come across any pics or videos from the show I'll post them.

I can't quit and I refuse to quit.
