SMOLOV Week#2, Day#4
(weightxsetsxreps) 345x10x3 Killer workout! seemed like i was in the gym FOREVER! on a positive note, i keep learning more and more about my squat and my form is becoming better than ever, also, my confidence in this lift is sky rocketing..i know i can finish this beast! -on a side note, in a nutrition class I am taking, i think everyones head is about to explode. we had to do a mid term project where we track our eating for a week..well my calories are about 1,000 over what the book says, and my macros are each close to 100% above what the book says...my bmi is 28..but my bf is <12%!!! haha I am pushing the thought that this crap is bogus on all of these people..hopefully at least one will see the light!

I was just at my company picnic and they had a Health & Wellness fair, one second I was taking a computer assessment where they said I was overweight (because of stupid BMI) , the next second I was having my bodyfat tested and came in at 8.6%, go figure!

o yes, i will finish..if a workout gets hard, i literally tell myself i dont have my next plan of attack laid out yet, so i cant end this one yet! hahah...it works!
I hate how my college class is all liberals who are probably overweight themselves and want the government to fix all their problems instead of working hard for what they want.

SMOLOV Week #3, Day #1
(weightxsetsxreps) 300x4x9 Bench HYP: 220x8 205x8, 2 sets Dips: BW+15x15, 3 sets -300x9 seemed intimidating at first, but it actually felt really good! I must be getting stronger!!! -I have also made some changes nutrition wise and cut back the protein but upped carbs a bit, and my body is responding nicely...i seem to be going through a growth spurt. (i was way over consuming on the protien, close to 300g a day..cut it back to about 230-250 and replaced the rest w/ cho in the form of bananas and more oatmeal at breakfast time..also added lentil soup to my lunch. found out i think i am lactose intolerant, so i cut milk back from my shakes and added more oatmeal in its place...things seem to be working!

(weightxsetsxreps) 320x5x7 Pullups: BWx10, 2 sets Seated Rows: 140x10, 3 sets -made it through squatting feeling strong, was kind of out of it today though, couldn't seem to wake up.
