Cable Kickbacks: 4X10
ss w/
Overhead DB Extensions: 4X10

Tricep Pushdowns: 3X10 w/ triple drop

Machine Curls: 4X10

Rope Hammer Curls: 4X10

Incline DB Curls: 4X10

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X15

Swiss Ball Crunches: 3X15

Oblique Crunches: 3X15

Great pump today, I find myself becoming more and more driven every workout, when my body is completely healthy I'll feel unstoppable.

DB Bench: 60X10, 65X8, 70X6, 75X6 (partial reps followed on the 1st and last set, followed by static hold for 30 seconds)

Incline Cable Flys: 40X12, 40X10, 40X8 (followed by fascia stretching)

Decline Bench: 205X6, 195X8, 185X10, 225X2

Machine Press: 210X8, 225X8, 240X5

Workout was great, looking forward to DOMS tomorrow

Lat Pulldowns: 4X10, follow by 30 second static holds

DB Pullovers: 4X10

Incline DB Rows: 4X10

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X15

Swiss Ball Medicine Ball Toss: 3X10

Happy with this workout, but really missing the deadlift.

Smith Machine Should Press: 6X10

Incline Reverse DB Flys: 6X10

DB Front Raises: 6X10

Seated Alt DB Shrugs: 6X10

BB Upright Rows: 6X10

Very taxing workout today, this week really exhausted me, but I wasn't going to allow myself to quit. I'll get some good sleep tonight, and if I get the chance I'll hit the gym in the morning.

Leg Ext: 5X10, 6th set was a 1 minute rep

Front Squats: 4X10

GHR: 4X8

Leg Curls: 4X10

Seated Calf Raises: 3XF with triple drop to failure

Front squats absolutely kicked my butt, I found that it didn't put pressure on my lower back so that was a good thing, I was also able to get real deep with them. After they did a number on me GHR kicked me while I was down, I haven't felt a burn like that in my hamstrings and glutes in some time. Then the seated calf raises finished me off, right now they hurt the most, but tomorrow I have a feeling I'll know I was in a fight.

Feeling good putting on size and feeling increasingly motivated everyday.

Non Peak Flys: 30X15, 35X12, 40X10

Forced Dips: 25XFX4 w/ 3 negatives after each set

BB Press: 205X6X2, 225X3

Incline BB Press: 155X12, 155X10, 155X8 with 30 seconds of fascia stretching after each set.

Chest is already killing me, was completely gassed out afterwards.
