Incline Reverse DB Flys: 6X10 DB Front Raises: 6X10 Seated Alt DB Shrugs: 6X10 BB Upright Rows: 6X10 Very taxing workout today, this week really exhausted me, but I wasn't going to allow myself to quit. I'll get some good sleep tonight, and if I get the chance I'll hit the gym in the morning.

Leg Ext: 5X10, 6th set was a 1 minute rep
Front Squats: 4X10 GHR: 4X8 Leg Curls: 4X10 Seated Calf Raises: 3XF with triple drop to failure Front squats absolutely kicked my butt, I found that it didn't put pressure on my lower back so that was a good thing, I was also able to get real deep with them. After they did a number on me GHR kicked me while I was down, I haven't felt a burn like that in my hamstrings and glutes in some time. Then the seated calf raises finished me off, right now they hurt the most, but tomorrow I have a feeling I'll know I was in a fight.

Forced Dips: 25XFX4 w/ 3 negatives after each set BB Press: 205X6X2, 225X3 Incline BB Press: 155X12, 155X10, 155X8 with 30 seconds of fascia stretching after each set. Chest is already killing me, was completely gassed out afterwards.
