ss w/ CG Cable Rows: 3X10 BB Rows: 4X10 Hammer Strength Rows: 4X10 Hammer Strength Pulldowns: 4X10 Lat Pushdowns: 4X10 Machine Crunches: 3X15 Hanging Knee Raises: 3X10 Cable Woodchoppers: 3X10 It's hard for me, a back workout doesn't feel like a back workout unless I deadlift, but my lower back being in the condition that it's currently in I've had to stray away from anything that puts stress on it.

Shoulder Press: 6X10
Incline Reverse Flys: 6X10 DB Front Raises: 6X10 BTB BB Shrugs: 6X10 BB Upright Rows: 5X10 A return to my normal shoulder volume felt good today, the consistency is what feels the best. I have DOMS from head to toe right now, looking forward to keep this going.

Seated Calf Raises: 6X12
Reverse Donkey Calf Raises: 6X12 Donkey Calf Raises:6X12 Hanging Leg Raises: 3X12 Cable Woodchoppers: 3X12 Cable Crunches: 3X12 Cable Kickbacks: 4X12 Overhead Cable Ext: 4X12 Wanted to hit the gym before I went to watch the Brock Lesnar fight, good workout, all calf exercises were done with 30 sec rest between sets. They were definitely shaking at the end of this one.

BB Squats: 10, 10, 10, 8
Standing Leg Curls: 4X10 Leg Ext: 4X10 Leg Press (high and wide): 4X10 Seated Leg Curls: 4X10 Squats did a number on me early, I am getting my strength back there, but like I've said before my squat is weak, I'm probably looking between 275-300 1RM right now, but I'm devoted to improving it. I think the biggest thing right now is getting my lower back healthy again so I can work on my squat and be able to deadlift once again, something I'm missing really bad.

Cable Kickbacks: 4X10
ss w/ Overhead DB Ext Tricep Pushdowns V-Grip: 3 drop sets Skull Crushers: 10, 10, 10, 8 Hammer Curls: 10, 10, 10, 8 Machine Curls: 4X10 Cable 21's: 3 Arms got a great pump in this one, was able to put up some good weight on the skull crushers without any elbow discomfort. Tomorrow is chest day.

DB Pullovers: 4X10 Incline DB: 4X10 Machine Flys: 5X10 I enjoyed this workout, pushing a lot more weight than I have in some time. Weight is coming back on as well, all good things.
