Log- worked up to 227x1 Inc Bench- 145x10 165x10 185x10 Pullup (ng) 12 12 12 10 Tribar oh press- 100x10 110x10 120x10 Hammer bar curl/band chest row- 120x12/green x 12 120x10/green x 12 120x10/green x 12 Gripper- 200x8 200x9 200x9 *Combination of low calorie and anitbiotics make me weak. I had no power on the log today so I stopped at 227x1 (pathetic) then did some light upper body work.

Judging my some of the vids I have seen from their comps I should be ok on depth but I would hate to miss an attempt because of something that dumb.

Bench- 105x5 145x5 195x5 235x3 265x3 290x2 315x1 (paused) 335x1 (paused) Cg Bench- 185x10 190x10 195x10 200x10 200x10 Db rows- 110x10 115x10 120x10 125x10 130x9 Tri bar ext (forehead) 80x10 85x10 90x10 90x8 Face pulls- Green x 20 Green x 20 Green x 20 Ab wheel- 20 20 20 15-20 sets of squats 145x2 to work on depth and form *Last heavy bench day went well. Nice strong form on 335x1. 10 days to competition.

Seated box jump- 2x3 DL- 145x5 235x5 325x3 375x2 425x1 475x1 525x1 (belt) Deficit DL- (1.5) 255x8 260x8 265x8 270x8 275x8 HLR-(str8) 11 11 11 11 11 Prowler- 6 x 140lb x 60ft *final heavy day before meet. Weight was 197.4lb this morning. It has flucated between 197-200 throughout the day. To be safe I will continue the course.
