ISSN is going to be epic. Probably even more epic than EB. I really wish I could make it up there...will see. It would be kind of nice to go somewhere and not have to present, actually.

Legs hypertrophy

Squats, 135 X 10, 10, 225 X 10, 275 X 10, 315 X 8, 225 X 30

I barely rested between sets so it was a real bodybuilding squat. I was going to do just 20 reps to burn out but my strength endurance was really great.

after this my quads felt like I got a good growth stimulus so I just hit my adductors and calves

adductor machine supersetted with abductor machine - sets of 12 about 3/4ths up the stack

Leg Press Calves - 10 sets of 12-20 repetitions

Wow, that's a serious squat workout. I don't think I would be able to handle that if I did even half the weight. Has your endurance always been this amazing, or did you have to build it up?

Arian, high volume has always been my favorite thing in bodybuilding!

So yesterday was chest, shoulders AM and Arms PM

Am

bench 135 X 10, 185 X 2, 225 X 10, 8, 185 X 15

Incline dumbell bench - 75 X 12 X 2, 60 X 15

Dips - 3 X 15-20 short rest

Dumbell shoulder press 60s 3 X 12
upright rows - 95 X 8 X 2, 75 X 13
Hammer strength shoulder press 135 X 10 X 3 sets

Machine flys 3 X 12-15
Side laterals - 2 X 30 X 12 reps, 1 X 20 X 15 reps

Barbell shrugs 135 X 20, 185 X 20 X 2 sets, 135 X 40

Did 6 sprints in the pool for HIIT

PM

alternating dumbell curls 50 X 8 per arm for 2 sets, 40 X 12 each arm
close grip bench 185 X 8-10 X 3 sets
reverse curls 85 X 6-8 X 2 sets, 70 X 12
skull crunchers with 2 35s for 3 X 12 reps
hammer curls 40 X 10, 8, 30 X 12
Overhead rope extensions 3 X 12

benind the back wrist curls 3 X 15 185 pounds, and 1 X 135 for 25
