EZ Bar Curls: 65X10, 75X10X2, 85X8 High Pulley Cable Curls: 40X10, 50X10, 60X10, 70X8 Cable Kickbacks: 40X10, 50X10, 60X10, 70X8 Tricep Pushdowns (w/ backpad) 80X10X2, 85X10, 90X8 Bicep Curl Machine: P+25X10, 2PX10X2, 2P+10X6 Decline Situps: 45X10X3 Cable Woodchoppers: 80X10X3 Hanging Knee Raises: 3X12 Today was a 30 second rest workout which kicked my butt, I attempted to jump back and forth between tris and bis so I could continue to lift heavy weight during it. Great workout haven't had a good arm workout like this in some time.

Dips: BW+25X10X4 after last set did BWXF Low Pulley Cable Crossovers: 40X10, 50X10, 55X10, 60X10 Pec Deck: 120X10, 105X10X3 Workout wasn't too shabby, chest I'm focusing on getting stronger and using full ROM to recruit all the fibers, look to continue to improve that, since I've joined the site my chest has grown significantly.

DB Pullovers: 30X12, 35X10, 40X8 followed at 3 alternating reps per arm Seated Cable Rows to neck: 100X12, 110X10, 120X8 Back Ext: BWXFX3 Lat Pulldowns: 150X10/100XS, 160X10/110XS, 170X8/120XS static was for 30 seconds Machine Crunches: 20X12X3 Forearm strength felt good today, I will continue to attempt to make them stronger so I can go up in weight without straps. Great back workout. On another note my daughter turned 4 today, it seems just like yesterday she was born, it's crazy. My baby boy is due July 2nd which is right around the corner, the Lord continues to bless me and I'm extremely thankful for that.

Hammer Strength Iso Bench: 2PX10, 2P+25'sX10X2, 4PX8 Cable Flys: 40X10, 50X10, 60X10, 70X10 Smith Machine Decline: 2P+25'sX10X2, 2P+35'sX8X2 Leg Press Calf Raises: 2PX12X6 Chest got a great stretch today especially on the hammer strength machine, it allowed me to get a greater ROM without the discomfort in my shoulder.
