Incline Cable Flys: 50X12, 50X10, 50X8 (followed by fascia stretching) Decline Bench: 215X6, 195X8, 185X10, 235X2 Machine Press: 210X8, 225X8, 240X4 Great chest workout today, my chest is definitely feeling a lot fuller now. He seems to be doing better, I haven't gotten a chance to see him since he got released from the hospital. He's still sore, and at his age it will probably be a long road to recovery, but he seems to be in good spirits.
They felt the same way.

Another week of weigh-ins I believe last week I was at or around my original weight before I got sick, at the gym I'm still weighing in at or around 200 like before, so this week was a success in aiming for roughly half pound.
Average Week 1: 192.7 Average Week 2: 195 Average Week 3: 195.6 Time to keep it going strong, I feel solid and ready to go.
