Thanks, my back has been so stubborn, but the pic after months of work reassures me that my hard work is paying off, I just need to stay consistent with it and continue to push myself to high levels. All the advice that I got here helped out immensely so I think everyone for their input.

Thanks, I find my problem area is my lower back, anytime I see a picture I cringe.
