thought this would be a great thread to start. On the people you know who do not workout, what are the typical excuses you hear from them on why they dont?

I know someone who says she doesn't go to the gym because she doesn't have a workout partner and gets bored when she's alone.
I'm too tired. I wasn't meant to be skinny It's sad that everyone's own worse enemy is themselves, and by overcoming these mental blocks there's no telling what they could achieve.

It should be
I am just plain lazy. or I don't want to. On average including travel to and from work + actual work 50+ to 60 hours a week. I still find an hour a day 4-5 days a week to get results. There are plenty of great workout programs that take 30 mins a day. The sad truth is that the only person they are hurting is themselves and possibly their families. Then they wonder why they have health problems when they get older and can not do anything. Unless a person is working 16 hours a day 7 days a week they can find sometime. Oh and Gods Gladiator: Your dad is lucky to not be sleeping on the couch after saying no. That was so the wrong answer.
