Bench 245-6 260-4 285-2 Incline Bench 225-5 230-5 230-5 Dips 90-5 110-5 110-5 Nothing special, pretty average. Could have hit= 295 for 2. Next heavy day, I'll look for 300 for 2. Nothing special, nothing bad, but this was just a warm-up. The real deal is tomorrow, heavy squat. First heavy squat day in a month (since the meet). Time to go to work. "Pounding out aggression, turns into obsession cannot kill the battery."

Squat 325-6 350-4 365-4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-vH6-3sT7k Front Squat 225-4 260-4 225+4chains-4 275+4chains-1: http://www.youtube.com/user/MikeZour.../2/KAbKdcW8KiA Chin-ups 1X4 w/ 45 Bent Over Row 1X6 w/ 185 Truck Push up an incline 1st set pushed it with my buddy 2nd set pushed it by myself it was no joke: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9IFVhKbNAU Very good today. Squats felt strong, but still need to be more. Had some fun with the chains and the truck push as well. Happy to be off tomorrow. We will keep it going on Wednesday with military press.
