Default Gettin' Sassy: Training with Angie

1-6-10

For those of you who don't know, this is my 2nd journal on ABC. I wanted to start a new one, because I wanted to start fresh. I will be logging my workouts on here for my benefit-and to get input from others who train.

A little about me:
I recently graduated from Southeast Missouri State University
I'm currently a server at my Mother's restaurant.
My dream career is to become a Meteorologist on a News Station. This "dream" is becoming more of a reality.

My numbers:
Height-5'6"
Weight-166.8lbs
My Deadlift PR-215lbs
My Squat PR- ....
My Bench PR- 90lbs

My Goals:
Obviously, to be a healthier person. I want to lose about 20-30 lbs. I also want to increase my PRs. Deadlifting is my favorite, and I want to see how much weight I can move.

How I will reach my Goals:
Train 4-6 times a week.
Stop drinking soda.
Stop eating fast food.

A couple recent pics:

Now. Off to the gym.

Nice to meet ya ang - will follow along for no other reason than I'm in Malden - used to live in Cape, and its nice seeing fellow Missourians on here.

Met Andro 2 years ago or so before I moved and got to see him train one day on Main St. He's an animal - represents MO well!

I made a lot of progress during last year, but because I got busy with school and traveling, I couldn't make it to the gym as often as I wanted.

I'm getting back on track.

do u kno wat ur body fat percentage is? i always like to try and set my goal by bf% and not by weight. wasting away all ur muscle while cutting is a bad move. good to see u like the deadlift and you have a **** good personal record. the deadlift is my favorite lift too. keep up the good work.

i would urge you not to worry about bf%...just get in the gym, workout, and have a good time with it...the strength will come back quickly
