Also gonna start doing pullups in the morning, I wanna get up to at least 12. I used to be able to do them pretty well but then I neglected looking forward to getting back that strength.

Hey Guys.
It's been about a year since I started this thread. Haven't been updating it but I've been working out. Current stats; 17 6" 172lbs Looking to go up to 200... Been packing on weight like crazy, seen some great increases in my lifts as well. Just keep eating, haha (never was before). Anyways, maybe I'll update this again soon, just thought I'd give a quick note of progress. |
